Unless you want your stuff shipped broken... NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

I don't even live in Weatherford... and this guy is lucky! If I did, he'd see me in the parking lot every day handing out flyers with pictures of my daughter's broken HANDMADE BY HER GRANDFATHER FOR HER FIRST CHRISTMAS highchair (in case you didn't guess, I'm still slightly upset. Let me tell you what happened: 5 April- My mother- and father-in-law take my daughter's gift to this man to have it shipped because due to my husband's high-tempo military training sechudle, we are unable to come down and get it (we're stationed at Ft. Carson, CO). Mr. Johnson (the owner) assures them it will be well packaged by himself alone because he doesn't trust it to anyone else in the store, that it will take him at least TWO HOURS to accomplish it, and therefore may not make it to the truck until Monday, so I should look for it by Thursday at the latest. Thursday night, my house: no package. I call my MIL, she calls him Friday morning. All of a sudden, it's "I didn't ship it until today and here's a new tracking number"... mind you, this is a FULL WEEK after they took it to him AND PAID HIM. Fast forward to 16 April, the day UPS says it's supposed to arrive: STILL no package- he sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS!!! So I finally got it on 17 April... and it was broken. Remember the assurances that he would package it with the utmost care? The packaging consisted of 4 boxes so the legs of the chair wouldn't bust through the bottom of the big box, and one, I say again ONE piece of bubble wrap around the tray, wrapped twice- THAT'S IT. No other bubble wrap, no peanuts.... NADA. And when my MIL called to let him know, HE called HE a con-artist! SO yeah, avoid this place- unless you like things broken!!!
